We have had a lot of interest in a stretch video so here you go. Click on the link below and you can watch the warm up (created by the one and only Miss Viktoria) that we traditionally do after class. This is for many reasons.
1. Because it isn't safe to rush into harsh stretches when you are not warm. It is best to start of with a cardio warm up.
2. Because after this warm up you will feel loose and released and that may not be good before your ballet class.
